摘　　要：目的　探讨椎间盘镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除术的手术要点和早期疗效。方法　在椎间盘镜直视下对 5 0例单间隙腰椎间盘突出症患者行突出髓核摘除术 ,并进行疗效分析。结果　患者均在术后10天出院 ,平均随访 9 34个月 ,临床疗效优良率 96 % ,无严重手术并发症。术后CT检查显示突出椎间盘已摘除 ,脊髓及神经根已获得充分减压。结论　椎间盘镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除术创伤小 ,患者术后恢复快 ,疗效肯定 ,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法之一。Objective To review the experience on patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with mini traumatic microendoscopic discectomy, and to study the preliminary clinical efficacy. Methods 50 patients with single level lumbar disc herniation were treated with mini traumatic microendoscopic discectomy under extradural anesthesia. The clinical outcome was evaluated. Results All patients were discharged within 10 days postoperatively and there was no complication occurred. The average follow up was 9 34 months and the successful clinical outcome was 96%. The image changes of pre and post operative CT showed that the herniated disc disappeared and the compression was relieved completely. Conclusion Minitraumatic microendoscopic discectomy is a minimal invasive procedure. The successful clinical outcome can achieve in properly selected patients. Mini traumatic microendoscopic discectomy is an effective procedure for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
