摘　　要：目的　探讨治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的内固定方法。方法　对 32例胸腰段脊柱骨折进行Har rington Luque联合内固定 ,观察术前、术后 2周、术后随访的Cobb角、Frankel分级和术后并发症等。结果　患者术后 2周Cobb角获得平均 14 1°的恢复 ,Frankel分级较术前有显著改善。其中 2 8例经随访 12个月～ 9年 ,Cobb角较术后 2周平均丢失 2 3°,Frankel分级较术后 2周有进一步改善。术后发生伤口感染、气胸各 1例。结论　应用Harrington Luque联合治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折是一种复位性好、固定牢固的可选方法 。Objective To study a method to treat thoracolumbar fracture. Methods 32 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were treated with conjunctive Harrington Luque devices. Cobb's angles,Frankel scores,and complications were observed in pre operation and 2 weeks after operation. Results The Cobb's angles in 2 weeks after operation acquired an average of 14 1° recovery. The Frankel scores 2 weeks after operation were superior to those before operation. But the Cobb's angles on 28 cases was lost with an average of 2 3° in the follow up of 12 months to 9 years compared with those of 2 weeks after operatoin. 2 cases had complications, one got a pneumothorax, and the other was infected in wound. Conclusion In treatment of thoracolumbar fracture, Harrington Luque conjunctive device is an alternative that can acquire good reduction and solid fixation, especially for two or more unstable thoracolumbar fractures.
