摘　　要：城市交通运行有着特殊的内在规律性,常常表现出中性运行甚至恶性运行的状态,解决城市交通问题应有社会学与生态学思想的指导。As an important mi-nor-system in social communitysystem, the motion of urban trafficowns its special and inherentregularity. In the real life of a city,the motion of urban traffic displaysneutral, even vicious conditions. Andsometimes it displays certain nega-tive effects. The paper concludes thaturban traffic problem is not only asocial problem but also a problem ofsocial-ecology. Therefore, to solvethe urban traffic problem needs theguide of sociology and social-ecology.
