摘　　要：目的 :检测转化生长因子 β(TGF—β)在类风湿关节炎 (RA)患者血清中的水平 ,探讨TGF—β在类风温关节炎中是致病作用为主还是保护作用为主。方法 :采用ABC—ELISA法 ,对 2 0 0 1年 2月— 6月在我院风湿内科住院的 80例类风湿关节患者及 2 0例正常健康者血中TGF—β进行检测。结果 :类风湿关节炎患者血中TGF—β含量较正常对照组的低 ,二者存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :TGF—β在RA中是以保护作用为主。Objective: To analysis the main effect of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) . Methods : To detect serum concentrations of TGF-β of 80 patients with RA hospitalizing from Feb. to Jun. 2001 and 20 normal persons using ABC-ELISA. Results : The blood levels of TGF-β of the patients were lower than those of normal persons significantly ( P <0.01). Conclusions: TGF-β may be a protective factor in the pathogenesis of RA .
