摘　　要：目的 :制定烧伤宁酊质量标准。方法 :用TLC法鉴别大黄、延胡索、冰片 ;可见分光光度法测定制剂中大黄素的含量。结果 :平均回收率 97.0 % ,RSD为 1.72 % (n =5 )。结论 :本法灵敏、准确、重现性好 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标之一。Objective: To study the quality standard of Shaoshangning Tincture. Methods: Radix et rhizoma rhei , Rhizoma corydalis and Borneolum syntheticum was identified by TLC. Determination of emodin in Shaoshangning Tincture by visible spectrophotometry. Results: The recovery rate was 97.0% , RSD1.72%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and it can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
