摘　　要：采用HPLC测定止泻敷液中黄芩苷含量 ,并进行方法学考察 ,结果显示 :该法简便、准确、快速、重现性好 ,加样回收率为 10 3.0 % ,RSD =1.5 2 % 。To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Zhixiefuye and investigation of its methodology. Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate, rapid and reproducible. The average recovery was 103.0% and RSD 1.52%. The method can be used for the quality control of Zhixiefuye.
