海南省疾病监测点居民死因流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的　了解海南省城乡居民的死亡率水平和主要死亡原因 ,为制定科学的保健措施提供参考。方法　应用描述流行病学方法对海南省海口市和文昌市两个国家疾病监测点 1995～ 1999年居民死亡资料进行分析。结果　1995～ 1999年 ,两个疾病监测点居民的年均死亡率为 30 3.2 9 10万 ;死因顺位居前 3位的依次是心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤和意外伤害 ,感染性疾病在城市居民的死因顺位中居第 5位 ,在农村居第 4位。结论　心脑血管性疾病、恶性肿瘤和意外伤害是该省居民的主要死因 ,感染性疾病仍然是主要的死因之一。Objective To know the level of death rate and the chief causes of the population in Hainan province,to provide the reference for making the science health protection measure. Methods Descriptive epidemiological was used to analysis the death data from the Disease Surveillance Point(DSP)in Hainan province from 1995～1999.Results From 1995～1999,The averaged death rate was 303.28/100 000.Heart and cerebrovascular disease,cancer and injuries was separately took the first 3 place among all death causes.Infective disease took the 5 place in city,but took the 4 place in village.Conclusion Heart and cerebrovascelar disease,cancer and injuries were the chief death causes to the population in Hainan province,Infective disease was one of the chief death cause.
