海南省黎族人群性病艾滋病健康教育效果研究

摘　　要：目的　通过健康教育 ,提高黎族人群对性病、艾滋病的认识水平和自我保护能力。方法　对乡村医生和村干部进行培训后 ,向周围人群传授性病、艾滋病知识 ,同时发放宣传材料、播放VCD ,对性活跃人群免费提供避孕套。结果　干预后黎族人群对性病、艾滋病知识的知晓率分别提高 10 .6 6百分点和 10 .6 8百分点 ,认同避孕套可预防性病、艾滋病的分别提高 7.9百分点和 10 .86百分点 ,支持使用避孕套的增加了 12 .79百分点 ,但自身曾经使用过避孕套的对象仅有 12 .5 0 %。结论　在黎族人群中开展健康教育能提高其对性病、艾滋病的认识及自我防护能力。Objective To improve the knowledge lever about STD and HIV/AIDS,and hence improve their self-protection against STD and HIV/AIDS by launching health education.Methods After the doctors and the cadres in villages are trained,they passed on the knowledge of STD,HIV/AIDS to masses,contribute propagandist material and show VCD to them,and provide the population sex-active with condom free of charge.Results After intervention,the correct rate of knowing about STD and HIV/AIDS in Li minority increase averagely to 10.66% and 10.68% respectively,the rate of approving that the condom can prevent STD,HIV/AIDS increase to 7.9% and 10.86% separately,the population who is for using condom increase to 12.79%,but only 12.50% of them has ever used condom.Conclusion Health education in Li minority nationality can improve the knowledge of STD and HIV/AIDS,and the ability protecting themselves.
