妇康安与妇乐治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察妇康安— 7复方乳剂配合中成药妇乐颗粒剂治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 :随机将我院 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 10月就诊的霉菌性阴道炎门诊病人 15 7例分为两组 ,对照组单纯性使用妇康安— 7复方乳剂 72例 ,治疗组妇康安— 7配合妇乐颗粒剂 85例 ,对比观察两组治疗效果。结果 :妇康安— 7配合妇乐颗粒剂有效率 97 6 % ,单纯性使用妇康安— 7组有效率 91 7% ,两组比较前者明显优于后者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :妇康安—Objective:To observe the curative effect of Fu Kang An-7 c ompound emulsion and Fu Le Chinese Traditional patent medicine in moldal vaginit is and compare with Fu Kang An-7 purely Methods:157 patients who were outpatients form 2000 1 to 2001 10 were enrolled randomly two groups, 85 cases in treating group (Fu Kang An group) We had observed two weeks Results:The effective rate in the treating group was 97 6%, that in the control group was 91 7%, There was significant difference between two group(P<0 05) Conclusions : The combined of Fu Kang An-7 and Fu Le has obvious treating effe ct in moldal vaginitis
