摘 要:大学形象是公众对某所大学客观现实的整体印象与评价 ,其实质乃是大学客观现实的外化 ,是大学质量、水平与实力的中介显示与折射。大学形象建构原则有 :先有质量 ,后有形象 ;修身养形 ;以形象意识为指导 ,以教师为形象投资重点 ;以育人为本 ;以教学、科研为端 ,整体推进 ;形象战略定位的个性化。The image of universities refers to the whole image and judgement of the objective reality. Being outer express of the objective reality, the essence of image is the medium show and reflection of the quality, level and power. There are six principles about the building of the image: quality first, image later; cultivating oneself to attain appearance; being directed by the image consciousness and putting emphasis of image investment on teachers; insisting on the foundation of educating people; insisting on the beginning of teaching and researching, and developing totally; insisting on characterizational positio of image strategy.
