摘　　要：利用聚酯生产线中的副产物苯甲酸与碳八至碳十混合醇合成高级脂肪醇苯甲酸酯类增塑剂 ,按苯甲酸含量计高级脂肪醇苯甲酸酯的单程收率大于 96 % ,高级脂肪醇苯甲酸酯纯度大于 99%。与二甘醇双苯甲酸酯 (DEDB)增塑剂或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 (DOP)增塑剂配合使用制备人造革 ,产品手感柔软 。Higher fatty alcohol benzyl ester plasticizer was synthesized by C 8～C 10 mixing alcohol and benzoic acid, which is by-product during polyester production. According to the content of benzoic acid, The recovery efficiency of higher fatty alcohol benzyl ester is more than 96 %, higher fatty alcohol benzyl acid ester is over 99 %. Using it with DEDB plasticizer or DOP plasticizer to produce artificial leather, the product feels soft, its properties are the same as the artificial sheep leather.
