摘  要:目的:探讨子宫内膜细胞能否直接或间接分泌雌激素及其调节因素。方法:采用体外子宫内膜间质细胞(ESC)培养模型观察睾酮(T)、孕酮(P),T、P对ESC分泌E2的作用;观察HCG、FSH、LHRH对ESC分泌E2的影响。结果:ESC能直接或利用T产生E2,而且P与T有协同作用;LHRH、FSH对ESC分泌E2有促进作用。结论:子宫内膜间质细胞分泌E2可能通过旁分泌途径调节子宫的功能;下丘脑-垂体激素能直接作用于子宫内膜细胞调节其生理功能。推测子宫切除后,即使卵巢完好无损,雌激素的转化途径亦被切断,循环中的雄激素相对增多,可反馈抑制下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的功能。ve:To investigate if human endometrial stromal cells can directly produce E2 and the factors that influence the secretion of E2. Methods: Stromal cells derived from prolifera-tive human endometrium had been cultured and treated with physiological doses of testosterone (T) and progesterone (P) or LHRH,FSH and HCG. Following culture E3 was examined. Results: Hu-man endometrial stromal cells (ESC) were cultured in the presence of T,P,or T in combination with P,all of which enhanced E2 production significantly, but the effect of testosterone was most remark-able , and testosterone synergistically with progesterone. E2 production of ESC in culture had also been increased directly by FSH or LHRH. Conclusions: Production of E2 of ESC may regulate the func-tion of uterus by means of the paracrine activity. LHRH, FSH also directly exert an effect on ESC to modulate the physiological function of the endometrium.
