比索洛尔对慢性心功能不全患者血浆中降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨β受体阻制剂 (比索洛尔 )对慢性心功能不全 (心衰 )患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)和内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)的影响。方法 :将符合本试验纳入标准的 6 8例心衰患者分成试验组 30例和对照组 38例 ,两组患者均口服相同的或同类的基本抗心衰药物的治疗 ,在此基础上试验组加服比索洛尔。测定患者试验初始时和服药 6个月后血浆 CGRP和 ET- 1浓度。结果 :两组患者血浆 CGRP和 ET- 1的浓度初始时无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,试验组在 6个月后血浆 CGRP和 ET- 1浓度与初始时比较 ,均出现显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,而对照组则均无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :慢性心衰患者在原有基本药物治疗的基础上加用比索洛尔 ,可以降低心衰患者血浆中 CGRP和ET- 1浓度 。AIM: To study the effects of bisoprol on plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels in patients with chronic heart failure. METHODS: The patients were divided into the tested group and the control group who were taken same kinds or sorts of basic drugs for the heart failure. The venous plasma CGRP and ET-1 levels were determined at the beginning and 6 months later. RESULTS: ①At the beginning there were no significantly different in the two groups for the levels of their plasma CGRP and ET-1. ② In the tested group the levels of the plasma CGRP and ET-1 after 6 months were higher than at the beginning. ③ But in the control group there were no significant changes after 6 months. CONCLUSION: Bisoprol added to other basic drugs can decreased the levels of the plasma CGRP and ET-1, furthermore, it was benefit for the prognosis of the patients with the heart failure.
