西藏胡黄连保肝利胆作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :通过动物实验研究玄参科植物西藏胡黄连的保肝利胆作用。方法 :测定西藏胡黄连的根茎提取物对模型动物及正常动物多种生化指标的影响。结果 :①西藏胡黄连能明显降低四氯化碳 (CCl4)、对乙酰氨基酚 (APAP)和硫代乙酰胺 (TAA)所引起的急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT ,AST的升高。②对CCl4所致的亚急性肝损伤大鼠血清ALT ,AST升高有明显抑制作用 ,同时可升高总蛋白的含量。③增加正常大鼠胆汁流量。结论Objective:To study the hepatoprotective and choleretic action of Picrorhiza scrophulariaeflora Pennell through animal experiments.Methods:The effect of Picrorhiza scrophulariaeflora Pennell on biochemical indexes in the model animals and normal animals was detected by biochemical methods.Results: ① The ethanol extract of the rhizome of Picrorhiza scrophulariaeflora Pennell significantly lowered the elevated level of serum ALT and AST in acute liver damage mice induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl 4),thioacetamide(TAA) or acetaminophen(APAP).② It restrained the elevation of serum ALT and AST and increased total protein in subacute liver damage rats induced by CCl 4.③ It increased biliary secrection in normal rats.Conclusion:The ethanol extract of the rhizome of Picrorhiza scrophulariaeflora Pennell has the hepatoprotective and choleretic action.
