茜草醇提物的抗炎免疫作用

摘　　要：目的　观察茜草醇提物的抗炎免疫作用。方法　用大鼠足趾肿胀法、棉球性肉芽肿、毛细血管渗出性炎症法等急慢性炎症模型观察茜草醇提物的抗炎作用 ,并测定茜草醇提物对小鼠血清溶血素含量的影响。结果　茜草醇提物对多种炎症模型均有明显的抑制作用 ,并降低小鼠血清溶血素含量 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　茜草醇提物有很强的抗炎作用 ,并明显降低小鼠血清溶血素的含量。Objective To observe the anti inflammatory and immunologic action of ethanol extract of Rubia cordifolia L.(EER).Method To observe the anti inflammatory effect of TAR.Several methods were used,they are carrageeglue induced rat paw edema,cotton pellets caused granuloma,proliferation and histamin caused increasing of capillary permeability in rat and acetic acid caused incrasing of capillary permeability in mice.The serolysin in mice blood serum were measured,using UV chromatography.Result The paw edema and granuloma proliferation in rat and capillary permeability in mice and rat were inhibited distinctly by EER.The serolysin content in mice were decreased by EER.Conclusion EER has markedly effect of anti inflammatory and decreasing serolysin content.
