摘  要:目的 观察茜草总蒽醌 (TAR)的抗炎免疫作用。方法 用大鼠足趾肿胀法、棉球性肉芽肿、急性腹膜炎、小鼠耳廓肿胀法等急慢性炎症模型观察茜草总蒽醌 (6 0mg·kg-1)的抗炎作用 ,并测定TAR对小鼠碳廓清率和血清溶血素含量的影响。结果 茜草总蒽醌对多种炎症模型均有明显的抑制作用 ,显著降低小鼠血清溶血素的含量 (P <0 .0 1) ,但不影响小鼠碳廓清率。结论 TAR有很强的抗炎作用 ,并明显降低小鼠血清溶血素的含量。Objective To observe the anti inflammatory and immunologic action of anthraquinone Rubia cordifolia L.(TAR).Method To observe the anti inflammatory effect of TAR.Several methods were used,they are carrageeglue induced rat paw edema,cotton pellets caused granuloma,proliferation in rat and acetic acid caused increasing of capillary permeability in mice.Dimethylbenzene induced auricle edema in mice.The serolysin and carbon clearomce rate in mice blood serum were measured,using UV chromatography.Result The paw edema and granuloma proliferation in rat and capillary permeability in mice were inhibited distinctly by TRA.The auricle edema degree and serolysin content in mice were decreased by TAR.But TAR could not inhibit the carbon clearomce rate in mice blood serum in vivo.Conclusion TAR has markedly effect of anti inflammatory and decreasing serolysin content.
