摘　　要：目的　探讨茜草总蒽醌 (TAR)对大鼠佐剂性关节炎及其细胞因子和皮质醇含量的影响。方法　建立佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型 ,观察茜草总蒽醌对AA大鼠炎症反应的影响 ,并用放射免疫法测定AA大鼠血清中IL1,IL2 ,IL6,TNF及皮质醇的含量。结果　TAR对AA大鼠多发性关节炎有明显的治疗作用 ,并降低其血清中IL1,IL2 ,IL6,TNF的含量 ,但不影响皮质醇的含量。结论　TAR通过降低AA大鼠血清中IL1,IL2 ,IL6,TNF的含量 ,抑制机体免疫反应 ,改善局部炎症反应而发挥抗炎抗风湿作用。Objective To observe the effect of total anthraquinone of Rubia Cordifolia L. (TAR) on the serum cytokine and anti rheumatism in AA rats.Method Adujvant arthritis model of rat was made to observe the effect of anti rheumatism of TAR and concentration of the cytokine and cortisol were measured by RIA in serum.Result TAR could significantly reduce the inflammatory response and levels of IL 1,IL 2,IL 6,TNF were remarkably decreased (P<0.01),but cortisol level remained unchanged.Conclusion Through decreased concentration of the cytokine,TAR could inhibited immune function so as to anti rheumatism action,and the anti inflammatory does not depend on the serum cortisol.
