摘　　要：从两个方面探讨构建技术型专业网站的要点:第一,从专业网站的特点出发,研究专业网站如何实现其自身的理念和价值;第二,从具体专业网站实例出发,即以可靠性服务网站为例,研究怎样体现其内容的实用和时效,特别推出一些实用模块如案例教育。试图揭示专业网站开发的基本思路和设计方法,为其它专业网站构造提供可资借鉴的实用知识和技巧。Based on two aspects, the paper discusses the outline of tech - professional website backbone. First, based on the characters of professional website, it is researched how it can come true its idea and value. Second, based on specify web, case that is, the reliability server design, how to display its utility and efficiency is studied. Especially, it pushes out utility models and dramatic events, such as, case education, trying to reveal basis consider and methods of the professional website, and that provides useful knowledge and technique for other professional websites.
