摘　　要：阐述了在农村建立养老保险制度的迫切性和必要性,指出了当前农村社会养老保险工作方面存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。This paper illustrates the urgency a nd necessity of building the endowme nt insurance system in the country-side.It points out the problems exis ting in the present rural social endowment insurance work and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
