摘　　要：马克思社会历史分期思想的渊源问题是一个需要关注并予以辨析的问题。据考析,中世纪基督教史学中的历史分期还不是真正意义上的历史分期,因而它不是马克思社会历史分期思想的渊源。只有古希腊和近代思想中的历史分期思想才是马克思社会历史分期思想的渊源。It's necessary to pay close attention to and differentiate the origin of marx social history stage thought. In an article, its author said that the history stage thought in the christian religion historicalscience on central century was the origin of marx social history stage thought. I can't agree with this view. According to my investigation, the history stage in the christian religion historical science on central century isn't a real history stage, so it is not the origin of marx socail history stage thought. Only the history stage thought in old Greece and modern times is the origin of marx social history stage thought.
