针药治疗足跟痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨观察针药治疗足跟痛的临床疗效。方法　运用针刺风池穴辅以血余鞋垫治疗足跟痛 ,并与单纯针刺风池穴、单纯血余鞋垫治疗进行随机对照观察。结果　 3组均能治疗足跟痛 ,针药组治疗总有效率 97.0 6 % ,单纯针刺治疗总有效率91.12 % ,单纯血余鞋垫治疗总有效率 6 2 .5 %。结论　针药结合治疗的疗效明显优于单纯的针刺治疗和药垫治疗。Purpose To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and medicine on painful heel. Method Painful heel was treated by acupuncture of point Fengchi (GB20) in combination with Crinis Carbonisatus insole. A random control observation was carried out for comparison of it with simple acupuncture of point Fengchi (GB20) and simple Crinis Carbonisatus insole treatment. Results There was a curative effect on painful hell in all three groups. The total effective rate was 97.06% in the acupuncture and medicament group, 91.12% in the simple acupuncture group and 62.5% in the simple Crinis Carbonisatus insole group. Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medicament has a significantly better effect than simple acupuncture and simple Crinis Carbonisatus insole treatment.
