资本项目下的制度变革对人民币汇率的影响

摘　　要：在实现人民币资本项目下自由兑换进程中 (本文特指 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 10年间 ) ,资本项目的制度变革对人民币汇率的影响尤为复杂和深刻。 2 0 0 5～ 2 0 10年间国际资本的流入与 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 5年间基本持平 ,2 0 0 5～ 2 0 10年间国内资本的流出较 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 5年间有较大幅度的增加 ,使人民币承受较大的贬值压力。总体而言 ,资本项目 ;基本平衡或略有顺差 。The reforms on the capital account have exerted great impact on the exchange rate between RMB and major foreign currencies. This paper adopts a qualitative as well as quantitative approach in analyzing the tendency of the flow of capital account from 2001 to 2010. The author holds that the flow of capital account should keep balance on the whole so as to lesson pressure on RMB'S appreciation.
