从ABR角度观察加味补中益气汤治疗突发性聋的疗效

摘　　要：目的 从ＡＢＲ角度,观察加味补中益气汤治疗突发性聋的临床疗效,并探讨该药的作用机理。方法 选择突聋病人４８例,随机分成两组,Ａ组２２例,用加味补中益气汤治疗,Ｂ组２６例,用脉络宁洽疗。治疗前后分别检测ＡＢＲ和４０ＨｚＡＥＲＰ,并进行比较。结果 治疗后,加味补中益气汤治疗组ＡＢＲ短声反应阈和４０ＨｚＡＥＲＰ阈值均显著降低,ＡＢＲⅠ、Ⅲ波引出率均有提高。脉络宁治疗组ＡＢＲ短声反应阈、４０ＨｚＡＥＲＰ阈值均降低,而ＡＢＲⅠ、Ⅲ波引出率则无改变。两组的４０ＨｚＡＥＲＰ的降低值相比,差异有显著性意义(Ｐ＜０．０５)。结论 加味补中益气汤治疗突聋有一定价值。ve To investigate the therapeutic effects of Modified Bezhon-gyiqi Decoction (MBD) on sudden deafnes. Methods 48 cases with sudden deafness were divided into two groups, group A (22 cases) treated by MBD and group B(26 cases.) treated by, Mailening. ABR and 40 Hz AERP were measured among all the cases before and after the therapy to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Results There was a significant difference in 40 Hz AERP threshold between the two groups, with a significantly improved threshold in group A. Conclusion MBD is more effective in the treatment of sudden deafness than mailening.
