摘　　要：为了培养一流的大学生、研究生 ,应在培养学生的思想道德素质 (灵魂 )、文化素质 (基础 )、身心素质 (本钱 )、专业素质 (本领 )、竞争素质 (生存、发展 )等方面营造良好教育氛围 ,改变课堂文化 ,使学生成为主人 ,使教育更加符合人性 ;营造良好校园氛围 ,使学生在丰富多彩的校园生活中陶冶情操、锻炼体魄 ,加快素质教育进程。In order to cultivate top-level college students and masters, we should also construct favourable educational atmosphere in cultivating students' quality of the thought and moral (spirit), quality of culture (basic), quality of body and soul(capital), quality of profession(skill), and quality of competition (existence, development) and so on. Changing class cultural not only make students become the owner, also edify sentiment, build body and quicken the progress of quality education in colorful campus life.
