摘　　要：本文从局、队两个层面论述了地勘单位企业化改革必须解决的问题,以及解决问题的思 路。This paper discusses the localization and enterprise operation of our geological institutions in the country. The author analyzes at the beginning the certainty for the localization administration of the geological personnels and enterprise operation of the geological institutions. Then those problems that must be tackled during these transition have also been put forward. The counter meansures to the prolems are suggested, after considering the reform of the geological bureau and its geological parties.
