摘　　要：中州铝厂利用北部山区赋存的丰富石灰石资源 ,充分发挥资源优势 ,走出了自采和民采相结合的新模式办矿路子。通过对中州铝厂目前新模式办矿运行情况的分析 ,认为通过优化资源配置 ,实施可持续发展战略 。With the new mining model of combination of private mining and self-mining, the ZAM makes the most of its rich limestone resources in the north mountainous area. According to the analysis of present working situation of the new mining model, the authors consider that the new mining model can provides reliable guarantee of limestone resources for the ZAM's development by optimizing resources distribution and actualizing sustainable utilization strategy.
