摘　　要：本文采用正交化设计合成一系列β—萘磺酸 ,用反相高效液相色谱 (HPLC)测定并比较各产品的β—萘磺酸含量 ,找出了 β—萘磺酸合成条件的最佳组合 ,建立了一套精确。The orthogonalization design method was applied to synthesize a series of β-naphthalenesulfonic acids.Reverse HPLC was used to analyze and compare their contents.Thus the optimum condition of producing β-naphthalenesulfonic acids was found.An accurate and rapid method was established for analyzing β-naphthalenesulfonic acids.
