摘　　要：西双版纳傣族的封建法律是傣族统治者为了维护对傣族人民的统治 ,巩固其领主制政权而制定的 ,其丰富的内容 ,不仅反映了傣族封建领主阶级的意志 ,而且吸收了傣族人民在长期的生产和生活中形成的风俗习惯、宗教教规、礼仪规范。The Dai feudal law in Xishuangbanna was laid down by the Dai rulers, and its purpose was to maintain the rule over the Dai people and strengthen the suzerain regime. This law reflects not only the will of the Dai feudal lords but the customs and habits, religions, and rites of the Dai people. Thus, it embodies the typical traits of the Dai local law.
