摘  要:本文对钴(Ⅱ)在悬汞电极上的微分电位溶出法测定进行了研究.在NH_3/NH_4Cl介质中钴(Ⅱ)与丁二肟(DMG,以A表示)生成配合物Co(Ⅱ)A_2,在-1.20V(vs.SCE,下同)能在汞电极上吸附,同时迅速地还原为Co(o)(Hg).然后用溶解氧将Co(o)氧化为Co(Ⅱ).根据氧化过程的微分电位溶出曲线测定钢铁样品中微量钴,测定线性范围为0.5ng~0.2μg/ml,检测下限达0.1ng/ml.同时研究了电极过程.The method for the determination of cobalt on hanging mercury electrode by differential potiomet-ric stripping analysis has been investigated. The complex of cobalt and dimethylglyo'xine, Co(Ⅱ) A2, can be absorbed at the surface of the mercury electrode at-1.20V ( us.SCE ) in the media of NH8-NH4Cl, and immediately reduced to Co ( o ) ( Hg ) . The cobalt can be determined by differential potentiometric stripping curve, when cobalt(o) was oxydized by dissolved oxygen. The analytical range is 0.5 ng/ml to 0.2ug/ml of cobalt and the detection limit is 0.1ng/ml.The electrode process has been studied.
