摘　　要：简要介绍了单仓泵及其输送系统的工作原理,简单论述了单仓泵在湿法炼锌中的初期使用,对其初期使用出现的故障进行了认真分析,仔细分析了其堵、漏、磨三大问题产生的原因,并详细阐述了单仓泵锌焙砂输送系统的一系列改进方法。最后介绍了改进后单仓泵的使用效果、维修特点及应用前景。The article briefly introduces the work principles of single-storechamber pumps and their transportation system,discussed on the uses of single-storechamber pumps at the initial stage of the hydrometallurgical smelting zinc,analyses the causes of troubles appeared at the initial stage that have given rise to the three main problems transportation-blocking,leakage and abrasion and expounds a series of improvements of single-storechamber pumps in calcine transportation,gives an account of effects resulted from such improvements,mainte-nance characteristics,and prospects.
