摘  要:介绍了采用冲压旋压复合工艺成形静触头座的过程。其中包括 :变薄旋压成形薄壁筒体 ,扩口翻边成形法兰 ,普旋方式成形异形管口等。对主要工艺参数如主轴转速、进给率、旋轮形状、道次变形率、模板形式等作了简要介绍。该成形工艺对同类异形回转体有一定参考意义。With common forming processes, it is diffcult to form breakback contactor seat which is an important part with complicated shape for high voltage power transmission and disribution system.In this paper,a combined process of stamping and spinning is introduced,which includes the following steps:power spinning to form thin walled tube,expanding and flanging to form the flange and conventional spinning to form special shaped orifice.Some main processing parameters are briefly introduced,such as speed of main shaft,feed rate,shape of spinning wheel,deformation rate of each step and structure of template.This process can also be applicable to the forming of similar special shaped gyrorotor.
