摘　　要：分别概述了激光消融在制备金属及其氧化物、半导体和有机化合物纳米颗粒中的应用、目前的研究现状。This paper reviewed the applications of laser ablation in the nanoparticles preparation of various materials such as metal and metal oxide, semiconductor and organic compound. The research status, technical characteristics and trend of development have also been discussed.
