摘　　要：本文介绍水钢炼钢厂小转炉和小连铸通过强化科学管理,降低出钢温度、低过热度浇注的生产实践,取得高炉龄、高拉速、高钢质、低消耗、低成本和提高市场占有率的良好效果。This paper introduces the production practices with small converter and caster such as lower tapping temperature and lower-overheat casting through strengthening the scientific management at the Steehnaking Plant of Shuicheng Iron & Steel Co. .The good effects such as extensive life, higher casting speed, lower cost and higher quality and market share have been obtained.
