摘　　要：目的　探讨CELL -DYN 35 0 0 0R血液分析仪警示FWBC(易碎白细胞 )的意义。方法　分析 1999.12～ 2 0 0 0 .7期间在我院住院的、使用CELL -DYN 35 0 0R做过血液分析的 14 9例血液病及一些恶性肿瘤患者 ,记录FWBC的出现 ,并到病案室查出这些患者及同类疾病其他患者的有关情况。结果　在住院期间的数次血液分析当中 ,急性白血病患者 (治疗中 ) 10 0 %出现过FWBC警示 ,慢性白血病患者 (治疗中 )为 18.2 % ,未治疗的急性淋巴细胞白血病初诊患者为 77.8% ,恶性淋巴瘤 (治疗中 )为 18.2 % ,再生障碍性贫血患者为 81.8% ,肺癌、乳癌 (治疗中 )为 12 .1%。结论　CELL -DYN 35 0 0R血液分析仪警示FWBC可能表明患者的WBC稳定性较差 ,容易破碎。Objective To assess the significance of FWBC(fragile white blood cells)flag on the Cell-Dyn 3500R Haematology analyzer.Methods We analyzed the FWBC flag and the medical records in 149 inpatients with hematologic diseases and some malignancies from December 1999 to July 2000.Results The FWBC flag ratio in treating patients with acute leukemia,chronic leukemia,malignant lymphoma,other malignancy(e.g,lung cancer,cancer of the breast),untreated patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and the patients with aplastic anemia were respectively 100%,18.2%,18.2%,12.1%,77.8% and 81.8%.Conclusion The FWBC flag indicates probably unstability and frangibility of white blood cells.
