摘　　要：目的 :通过实施“降低孕产妇死亡率和消除新生儿破伤风项目”,培训乡村产儿科技术服务人员 ,改善乡镇卫生院产儿科服务条件 ,提高育龄妇女住院分娩安全意识 ,降低项目地区孕产妇死亡率、消除新生儿破伤风。方法 :开展人员培训、健康教育、设备配置、贫困救助、监督指导等活动。结果 :孕产妇死亡率、新生儿破伤风等重点指标实现项目终期目标。结论By carrying out the Item of 'Reducing Mortality of Pregnant and Parturient Women and Eliminating Newborn's Tetanus'to train the country technology service personnel, promote the obstetrical and paediatric service condition, strengthen the women's safe consciousness delivery at hospital, reduce the mortality of pregnant and parturient women and eliminate the newborn's tetanus Methods: Many activities were developed, for example, the personnel trained, health education, supporting the poor, monitoring and guiding Results: The concluding stage target of the emphasis indexes that Mortality of Pregnant and Parturient Women and Newborn's Tetanus were achieved Conclusion: The building and development of the maternity and child health causes in the poverty area that must have the support of feasibility indexes
