摘　　要：在艾滋病健康促进行动中,策划、运用了一种新型模式。组织构架 以卫生防疫站与政府机关报构成联合主体,辅以支持性、协作性机构。组织策略 充分取得各级领导的支持、专家的帮助和积极分子的参与。组织艺术 既体现政策性、科学性、密集性,又体现人性、爱心。传播手段 以报纸为主,辅以电视、电话、网络。行动内容 全方位,多角度。行动对象既有“面”（普通大众）,又有“点”（中学生）。行动时间 持续半个月。该模式的运作收到了卫生防疫站、报社和群众“三赢”的效果。Objective A new mode of AIDS health promotion has been planned and put into effect. Methods Framework: The main body is composed of the Hygiene and Anti - epidemics Station and the Government Newspaper Office, some administrations are com-plement. Strategy: Wining all levels leaders and experts over to our action, attracting large number of activists to join it; Tactics: It should be effect policy, science, mass bombing as well as humanity. Spread measure: Newspaper is leading role, TV, telephone and international network are complement. Content: The content is all - roundly and plenty ( Design of the content is described in the second part of this article). Objects:It is covered not only the masses but also the middle school student.Time: The motion lasted half month.Results Applying this mode makes three parties(the Hygiene and Anti - epidemics Station, the government newspaper office and the masses) to obtain benefits.
