摘　　要：用何种社会养老方式来解决因身体虚弱卧床不起和因疾患导致生活不能自理的老人家庭照料与看护问题 ,是人口老龄化国家所面临的共同问题。What method of social care to use for the tending and nursing at home for the old people who are too feeble and weak to get up, or are unable to take care of their own living because of serious illness, is a common problem facing the countries whose population is ageing.The system of nursing insurance carried out in Japan is providing a way suitable for the actual condition of a country to solve this problem.
