摘 要:近些年来 ,中小学教师的教育违法事件屡有发生 ,如打骂、体罚学生 ,甚至对学生进行人格侮辱 ,这些行为对中小学生的身心健康造成了很大的伤害 ,也给教师的形象带来了负面的影响 ,这一问题已引起全社会的普遍关注。中小学教师的教育违法行为固然与其缺乏教育法制观念和教师职业道德有关 ,但也不可否认 ,教师的心理健康状况直接影响着教师的职业行为。关注中小学教师的心理健康问题 ,加强教师的自身修养 ,提高心理素质 。In recent years, there has often appeared unlawful educational behaviour perpetrated by primary and secondary school teachers, such as beating, abusing, inflicting physical punishment, and even insulting the personality of pupils. Such behaviour is causing serious injury to the physical and mental health of pupils, and is bringing negative influence on the image of the teachers concerned. Now this question has already aroused the general concern of the society. Although the unlawful educational behaviour of the primary and secondary school teachers is related to their lack of the concept of educational laws and their want of the professional morality of teachers, it cannot be denied that the poor condition of teachers' psychological health directly affect their professional behaviour. Caring for the psychological health of primary and secondary school teachers, intensifying their self cultivation, and improving their psychological quality are necessary measures for preventing the unlawful educational behaviour of primary and secondary school teachers.
