摘  要:学科带头人队伍建设关系着医院未来的生存和发展。我院对学科带头人实行每两年一次的滚动考核制度。从1999-2000年对28位学科带头人的考核中可以看出,临床业务能力及计算机应用能力考核结果较为满意,说明这些学科带头人的专业素质和应用现代技术的能力较强,但在外语水平上部分学科带头人尚需提高。考核机制的建立对逐渐完善人才队伍建设有很好的促进作用,这种公平的竞争机制可使学科带头人不断进取。同时指出考核的方式也应根据现代医学的发展及医院的实际需要随时调整,以使之更适应医院的发展。The construction of the team of leading persons for the clinical subjects associates closely with the existence and development of the hospital in the future. Our hospital examines the leading persons every two years in turn. From 1999 - 2000, 28 leading persons had been reviewed. They showed their high professional skill and ability as well as good computer knowledge. The outcome was well but their foreign language was not good enough. The examination system can promote gradually the construction of the professional team. A fair competition environment will encourage the leading persons' enterprise. The mode of examination should be regulated according to the development of the modern medical science and the actual needs of the hospital, so as to fit its development.
