摘　　要：为了解我国骨髓移植层流病房的化疗防护管理现状,作者对全国28个城市,60家医院的层流病房进行了调查。结果为:化疗药物使用的管理模式以落后的分散式管理为主;采用的防护设施普遍不正确;在接触化疗药物操作中防护用具使用的正确率很低;废弃物处理不当等。认为必须提高管理者对化疗防护的认识,并加强对工作人员的自我防护意识教育,保证职业安全并缩短与先进国家的差距,达到先进的治疗手段与管理方式同步发展的目标。Knowing the status quo of the protection for chemotherapy in the ward clean by laminar flow for the marrow transplantation patients, the authors made an investigation to the wards in sixty hospitals among 28 cities in China. The outcome is that the main management mode of chemical is dispersive, and most of the measures of protection are not correct, the ratio of correctly using the instrument of protection is very low, and the castoff is improperly treated. The authors think that the manager's awareness of protection of chemotherapy must be improved, and the education of self- protection of the practitioners should be strengthened to guarantee their safety, and shorten the distance with the developed countries, to achieve the target of development synchronical- ly.
