鞍上池的断层解剖与CT图像分析

摘　　要：目的 :利用CT图像对蝶鞍区病变作出正确诊断。方法 :将与CT扫描平面一致的颅脑断层标本和颅脑CT轴位扫描图像作对照 ,对 10 4例鞍上池的形态作分析。结果 :鞍上池在CT图像中 ,可表现为四角星形、五角星形和六角星形。结论 :鞍上池的形态与CT轴位扫描时头部的体位有关。不同形态的鞍上池其毗邻关系、所含结构也各不相同。池的大小、出现的层面高度有明显的个体。Objective:To use the CT image for correct diagnosis of the illness in sellea region.Methods:To make the CT image and sectional specimen of cerebral cranium by contrast, to analyse the CT image of supersellae cistern in number 104 patients.Results:The CT image of supersellae present the different shapes: four corners-star; five corners-star; six corners-star.Conclusion:To prove the shapes of supersellae to be associated with position of cerebral cranium when taking CT image. The boder of supersellae are different in varying shapes. The content of supersellae are different too. The big or small supersellae and present sectional plane have distinct different in varying body and ages.
