摘　　要：文章通过对我国及世界技术标准发展现状的比较 ,论述了我国如何利用世贸组织技术壁垒协定 ,在促进技术进步的前提下 ,有效保护自己 。? Based on the comparison of technology criterion between the world and China, the article expounds how to protect our product and resist the foreign commodity and technology while using WTO TBT,and the importance of advanced technology.
