论入世后我国的银行业改革

摘　　要：全球银行业发展明显地呈现出金融管制放松、银行业通过并购走向巨型化、银行业务全能化、国际化、电子网络化的趋势。这也是入世后我国银行业面临的形势。基于这一认识,我国银行业要放松金融管制,逐步取消分业经营限制,积极推动银行业的并购重组,倡导特色银行,加速推进银行业的电子化、网络化、透明化,重塑监管体制,构建功能性金融监管。The banking in the whole world is showing a tendency of lessening the manipulation of finance. Banksmerge to form gigantic groups and the banking practice is becoming increasingly almighty, internationalized and electri-fied. These are the challenges we are facing after joining WTO. The banks in our country need to loosen the financial con-trol and quicken the step of merging and restructuring. Meanwhile, the banks should try to form their own distinct fea-tures and reform the system of banking supervision.
