摘 要:根据欧姆定律和克希荷夫定律推导了在螺旋板式冷却器中沿宽度方向电位梯度的变化与螺旋板表面电流密度关系的微分方程式 ,进而得出沿螺旋板宽度方向的电位分布方程 ,并通过模拟试验予以验证 .依此设计制造的一台阳极保护螺旋板式浓硫酸冷却器 ,经工业应用试验 。According to Ohm's law and Kirchhoff's current law,a differential equation,which related the potential gradient along the width of the spiral plate cooler to the current density at the surface of spiral plate,was deduced.By means of a spiral cathode,assuming the spiral plate was passivated,the equation for the potential distribution along the width of spiral was also founded.After measuring the specific resistance of concentrated sulphuric acid and the passive current density of stainless steel in the acid,the potential drop can be calculated.The calculated result was verified by simulated experiments.An industrial cooler was designed according to the present study.After application in situ,it shows the satisfactory anti-corrosive capacity.
