摘　　要：本文回顾了舞钢高强韧性管线用宽厚钢板的研制开发过程 ,并结合生产工艺 ,对钢板性能作了全面分析 ,指导了舞钢管线钢的生产。舞钢 X70级管线钢有较高的断裂韧性、良好的可焊性以及抗 SSCC、HIC性能。舞钢正在进行技术改造 ,以进一步改善组织 ,提高性能。The article reviews the research and development procedure of wide and heavy steel plate with high strength and toughness for pipeline in Wugang and makes an all-round analysis of the steel production in Wugang.X70 grade pipeline steel produced by Wugang has got relatively high fracture toughness and good weldability as well as SSCC and HIC resistant properties.Wugang is implementing relevant technical innovation in order to further improve the strength and microstructure of the steel plate and meet the demand of the Nation's West to East Natural Gas Transmission Project.
