摘　　要：目的 :测试农药 30 %乙蒜素乳油的经口、经皮急性毒性和对眼、皮肤的刺激性。为农药 30 %乙蒜素乳油的安全使用提供毒理学依据。方法 :急性经口及经皮毒性试验、眼及皮肤刺激试验均按照我国现行《农药登记毒理学试验方法》规定方法进行。结果 :30 %乙蒜素乳油急性经口毒性属低毒 ;急性经皮毒性属中等度毒性 ;对兔眼呈现中度至重度刺激性 ;对兔皮肤有轻度刺激性。结论 :在使用中应注意安全防护。Objective: To test the acute toxicity,the irritability to skin and eye,and provide toxicological basis for 30% Yisuanse emulsifiable to be used safely.Methods: All of the tests which include the acute oral and dermal toxicity,eye and skin irritability were based on the 'Toxicologicaltest methods of pesticides for registration'.Results:Acute oral toxicity of this germnicide is of low-grade,as to acute dermal toxicity,middle-grade.There are mild skin irritability and middle to severe eye irritability in rabbits.Conclusion:It should be used with safety protection.
