脊髓型颈椎病的MRI改变及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨脊髓型颈椎病的MRI改变及其临床意义。方法 :观察脊髓型颈椎病 4 6例的MRI改变。结果 :在MRI上重要改变为 :椎间隙变窄 ,椎间盘信号减弱 ,受累节段椎体后缘存在信号减弱的致压物 ,受压颈髓弯曲、变形、向后移位 ,出现异常信号 ,这些改变直接反映受累颈椎间盘退行性病变和骨赘形成、颈髓受压和受损程度。结论 :MRI对脊髓型颈椎病的诊断、治疗方法选择和预后判断有重要价值。Objective:To discuss clinical significance of the MRI changes in patients with cervical spodylotic myelopathy.Methods:46 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were admitted into hospital for treatment,32 males and 14 femals. Average age was 54 years old(range from 41 to 74 years).The MRI changes of all patients were showed intervertebral interval narrowed, signal of intervertebral discs weakened, pressing thing of signal weakening lies in the baele verge of the tired joint in vertedrate,the pressed cervical spinal cord wound, form charged and moved back wards,abnormal signals appeared. The changes clearly delineated the degenerative changer of the intervertebral discs ,the compression and the areas of focal compression of spinal cord.Conclusion:MRI is valuable for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of cervical spordylotic myelopatty.
