摘 要:目的比较纯化细粒棘球蚴囊液抗原和囊液粗抗原诊断包虫病的效果。方法用 Burstein法纯化抗原 ,与粗抗原平行同步检测包虫病病人、健康人及其它寄生虫病病人血清 ,以标化阳性预告值 ( SPPV) ,标化阴性预告值 ( SNPV) ,标准化准确度 ( SAc)等计算综合积分指数 ( SII)。结果两种抗原检测包虫病病人与健康人 ,其 SII值 :纯化抗原为 96 .0 % ,粗抗原为 95 .5 %。包虫病与其他寄生虫病 ,其 SII值 :纯化抗原为 94 .9% ,粗抗原为92 .8%。结论表明 Burstein法纯化抗原在诊断包虫病的质和量上均优于囊液粗抗原。Objective To compare the diagnostic effect of purified or crude Echinococcus granulosus cyst liquid antigens for detecting hydatidosis. Methods Burstein method was used to purify the crude antigen. Sera collected from hydatidosis cases, healthy individuals and other parasitoses cases were detected parallelly with the crude and purified antigens, and syntheticle integral index (SII) were calculated by standardizing positive predictive value (SPPV), standardizing negative predictive value (SNPV) and standardizing accurancy (SAc). Results The SII of purified antigen and crude antigen were 96.0% and 95.5% in hydatidosis cases and healthy individuals, while they were 94.9% and 92.8% in hydatidosis cases and other parasitoses cases respectively. Conclusion Purified antigen by Burstein method was better than crude antigen for detecting hydatidosis.
