摘　　要：为适应社会发展对人才的要求 ,增强我国的科技竞争力和综合国力 ,高等学校必须培养和造就有创新能力的高素质人才。为此 ,必须清楚的了解高素质人才的基本特征 ,并对现行的人才培养模式和教学方法、评分制度进行改革。To meet the need of talents for social development and to strengthen China's ability of scientific competition and comprohensive forces,higher learning institutions must foster and educate high qualified takents with innovation ability.Therefore it is necessary to learn the essential characters of takents with high quality and carry out reform for the present model of cultivating talents,teaching methods and assessing system.
