摘　　要：我国的农业政策主要包括产业政策、农业产品购销政策、农业财政信贷与税收政策、农村土地政策、农民收入政策、区域发展政策、农业科技教育政策、农业人口与就业政策、农业环境政策、国际农业合作政策、国际贸易政策等。这些政策大部分是与WTO规则相一致。但也有不一致方面。我们应积极采取对策。第一 ,积极推进农业结构调整 ;第二 ,充分利用WTO的规则 ;第三 。Our country's agriculture policies mainly include that of industry, of agriculture product purchase and sale, of agriculture finance loan and tax, of agriculture land, of farmers' income, of regional development, of agriculture science, technology and education, of agriculture population and employment, of agriculture environment, of international corporation and of international trade, etc.. Most of these policies are compatible with regulations of WTO. However, there are some differences. We should take positive countermeasures. First, agriculture structure rearrangement should be promoted actively; second, WTO rules should be fully used; third, agriculture insurance system should be established.
